1. Pay the Housing Deposit

Pre-pay to secure your spot living on campus.

Housing deposits are used to secure your spot on campus. Set up your dyc email and have your acceptance letter handy - you will need your student ID number.  Then select the option to make a housing deposit of $200. Deposits are non-refundable once paid.

2. Complete your Housing Application

Get started with on-campus housing by submitting an application.

Our housing includes Marguerite Hall, with 12 floors of co-ed first and second years, while our Student Apartments offer a residential living space attached to bedrooms for our older students.

3. Housing License Agreement

Read, review, and sign our Housing License Agreement

As a legally binding agreement, review and read our agreement in its entirety before signing.

Fill out a questionnaire to be paired with someone with similar style.
