State Grants
Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) Grant
Eligibility
Undergraduate students who are New York State residents attending college in New York State. Applicants must be a full-time student in good academic standing, working toward a degree or certificate.
Amount
Awards range up to $500 to $5,165 per year (2019-2020). Deadline: May 1.
Aid For Part-time Study (APTS) Grant
Undergraduate students who are New York State residents attending college on a part-time basis (less than 12 hours) in New York State.
Amount
Varies depending on availability of funds. Deadline: End of the drop/add period each semester.
