Pharmacy

The need for pharmacists is expected to grow significantly over the next decade.

A pharmacist's importance in the continuum of patient care is only increasing, according to studies from the Pharmacy Workforce Center. Pharmacists are not only drug information experts — able to assess potential effects and interactions — they are trusted advisors to patients on everything from preventive care to wellness to diet and more.

D'Youville College's School of Pharmacy ACPE-accredited PharmD program prepares students not only for their doctoral education but also for their eventual role as practitioners with the practical, hands-on experience that future pharmacists need.
