If you've found the D'Youville space on campus that will work for you use the form below to reserve the space. We'll ensure it is available, reach out with next steps, and begin planning for you event. We're here to help and excited you've chosen to host your event with us. 

Faculty, staff, and students of D'Youville should visit the internal 25Live site and the revised Events Plan and Procedures document, all others please use the following form.

Reserve Your Event Space

We are excited you've chosen to host your event with us. Tell us a little about yourself, your event, and your event's requirements and we'll reserve your space and begin the planning process. We'll reach out with all event policies and procedures, and in the meantime, feel free to contact us with questions.
