D’Youville College recently built a townhouse style student apartment complex adjacent to the campus. A four-story glass atrium faces Prospect Park and is located across from the Connecticut Street Armory.
The facility houses 175 upper-class students in either single or four-bedroom apartments and provides 24-hour security, laundry facilities, a computer room, recreational areas, a lounge and meeting area. The four bedroom units feature individual rooms for each student, two bathrooms, a kitchen, eating area and a living room. All rooms are wired for access to the campus computer network and the Internet.
