Featuring specially designed four bedroom and studio apartments, a recreation area, a computer lab, free laundry facilities, parking and 24 hour security, the complex makes a student’s time at D’Youville comfortable and accommodating.
All apartments are roomy and fully furnished. The four bedroom apartments feature two full baths. Other amenities in the apartments include air-conditioning, a full size refrigerator/ freezer, microwave and stove, cable TV hook-up, local phone service and Internet access.
Individual electronic access cards are used to gain entry to the building, your apartment, and (in the four bedroom apartments) your bedroom, protecting your safety and privacy. Also, a well-lighted, secure, parking lot exclusively for residents makes it easy to come and go at your convenience.
This four story, state-of-the-art complex can house 163 students. Students who are 21 years of age or older or at least junior status (third full year of college) are eligible to live in the apartments. Students living in the complex will receive $225 of “Spartan Bucks” that can be used at any time either in Spartan Spot Café or the Porterview Room dining facility. Students will not be automatically enrolled in the college residence hall meal plan but it is available if they desire.
