Student Accounts
The Student Accounts Office and the Cashier’s Window is located in the Koessler Administration Building (KAB) room 211. Regular office hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. Extended hours (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM) are in effect throughout the first week of classes and the drop-add period.
Tuition Bills
When you register for classes, the information is relayed from the Registrar’s Office to us, and you are billed accordingly. In addition, when you complete the necessary paperwork with the Financial Aid Office, that information is also relayed to us and posted to your bill.
When withdrawing from classes, the following schedule applies.

Tuition Payments
Payment in full (or a payment arrangement) is due one week before the start of classes for the Fall and Spring semesters or as indicated on your bill. You are liable for your charges unless you officially withdraw through the Registrar’s Office which is also subject to the liability timetable.
Online Payments
D'Youville has partnered with Tuition Management Systems to provide students with an online payment option. You can pay tuition in full or select from several monthly payment plan options. Payment forms include most major credit cards or direct debit from your US bank account. For specific details, download the tuition payment policies brochure or simply sign up at the D'Youville College Payment Center.
Exit Interviews for Student Loans
Is this your last semester? Are you graduating, transferring, or withdrawing from the college? Are you registered for less than 6 credit hours? An exit interview is required before you leave the college, or when you are less than half-time, if you received any student loans.
For the following loans:
- Federal Loans: Federal Perkins loan, Federal Nursing Student loan
- Institutional loans: McTaggart Student loan, McConville Student loan, D’Youville Student loan, D’Youville International loan

If you have a Stafford loan in addition to the other loans listed above BOTH exit interviews must be completed. NOTE: Failure to complete the exit interview(s) will put a hold on transcripts, your diploma, and any further registration.
