D'Youville College annually provides certain consumer and financial information to enrolled students via email or by paper, if requested.

D’Youville College is required by federal law to annually make available certain consumer information to enrolled students. This information is required to be made available under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) and under the Higher Education Opportunity Act (Public Law 110-315).

For clarification of this disclosure information, D’Youville College defines the following terms:

  • Academic Year: “the time period between Summer Session Start (Mid May) and Mid May of the following year.”
  • Annually: “once during the current academic year.”
