Kim’s focus on personal wellness embraces the exploration of self-awareness and the search for balance. She believes in the power of listening to our authentic selves, and values the interconnection of humans with nature and animals. “When we know ourselves, we can truly connect with others.” Kim will use personality assessments to help clients understand themselves better and subsequently, develop and nurture healthier relationships with others. Couples are welcome to come to counseling together. Holistic psychotherapy practices are used to address issues like anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and grief. If you are feeling stressed and your life is not where you want it to be, Kim encourages you to feel empowered today, and schedule a free, confidential session at the Personal Counseling Center.
