Dr. John Taylor, one of the chiropractic profession’s most accomplished radiologists, joined the D’Youville College faculty in 2008. He completed a research fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology with the department of radiology at the University of California, San Diego, and at the San Diego Veterans Administration Medical Center. Taylor holds the distinction of being a dip of the American Chiropractic Board of Radiology (DACBR.) and a fellow of the Chiropractic College of Radiology (Canada) [FCCR(C)]. He is a recognized and respected expert in his field and is the recipient of numerous honors and awards. A prolific writer, Professor Taylor has published dozens of articles in scientific journals, has written chapters in four radiological texts and is the primary author of one of the most frequently used medical radiological textbooks, Skeletal Imaging: Atlas of the Spine and Extremities, published by W.B. Saunders Co., now in its second edition. He is also a faculty member with the Institute of Evidence Based Chiropractic and peer reviewer and editorial board member of several chiropractic journals.
