Dr. Haq has an MBA from St. Bonaventure University and a PhD in International Trade from the University at Buffalo.  He has served as the Chair of the Business Department and Graduate Director of the International Business Programs (August 2005 to August 2011).  He has also served as Associate Vice President and Vice President for Academic Affairs (July 2006 – 2010).
