Student Apartment Complex
Our apartment style residence offers the privacy and independence of off-campus living with the convenience and benefits of on-campus life. Located next to the academic buildings, students are just a few steps from classes, the library and other campus facilities, making it very easy to get to their destination quickly.

All apartments are roomy and fully furnished. The four bedroom apartments feature two full baths. Other amenities in the apartments include:
- full size refrigerator/ freezer
- microwave and stove
- cable TV hook-up
- local phone service
- Wi-Fi Internet access
Individual electronic access cards are used to gain entry to the building, your apartment, and (in the four bedroom apartments) your bedroom, protecting your safety and privacy. Also, a well-lighted, secure, parking lot exclusively for residents makes it easy to come and go at your convenience.
This four story, state-of-the-art complex can house 163 students. Students who are 21 years of age or older or at least junior status (third full year of college) are eligible to live in the apartments. Preference for rooms is given to students currently living on campus. Students must also be in good academic and judicial standing with the college to live in the apartments.
Students living in the complex will receive $225 of Spartan Bucks each semester that can be used at any time either in Spartan Café or the Porterview Room dining facility. Apartment residents are not automatically enrolled in a meal plan, but may purchase one upon request.
We are currently at full capacity in the Apartment Complex for Fall 2013. You can request to be added to our housing wait list by e-mailing us. Applications for Spring 2014 may also be submitted now if you want to get a head-start on things.

News and Announcements
(Updated: July 15, 2013) We are currently at capacity in the Apartment Complex for Fall 2013. Any new applications will be placed on a wait list, and those individuals will be contacted if any spots become available. We are also able to provide some general housing leads for those who are still in need of off campus housing for Fall 2013.
Fall 2013 Housing Assignments will be sent out via e-mail by Friday August 2nd (and 7/26 for Pharmacy residents). If you have not heard from us by then, please call the Residence Life Office at (716) 829-7698 starting on Monday August 5th. Our staff will not be able to provide this information prior to that time. Thank you, in advance, for your cooperation.
At this point, some Spring 2014 availability is anticipated for the Apartment Complex.
