Getting to Know D'Youville!
Congratulations on your acceptance to D’Youville College. Your acceptance is the first step to beginning or furthering your lifelong goals. You will be presented with many challenges, opportunities, and experiences that will prepare you for your chosen career and will provide you with a solid foundation for the future.
Connections: Your Information & Resource Center, is designed specifically to meet the needs of the new students. During the summer months, Connections coordinates your orientation sessions. These programs are essential to your success at D’Youville College. There are many orientation sessions scheduled for freshmen, transfers, graduates, and families in June and July These programs are designed to provide information necessary to begin your college career. These programs are also designed so that your transition to D’Youville College is a pleasant and rewarding experience.
To help smooth the transition, we arrange summer orientation sessions, usually in July, to help you prepare for the fall semester.
We offer orientation sessions for the following groups:
- Incoming Freshmen
- Parents/Family Orientation
- Transfer Students
- Graduate Students
- International Students (not Canadians)
