Rock'n Redfest Concert Artists
Born and raised in Massachusetts, it didn’t take long for JoJo to reach stardom. Her debut single “Leave (Get Out)” reached number 1 on the Billboard Pop Songs chart when she was just 13 years old. With that single JoJo became the youngest solo artist to have a number one hit in the US.
Coming off of a 78-city world tour in 2017 and a 15-city summer tour in 2018, JoJo is now recording her fourth studio album. This album follows in the footsteps of Mad Love, her latest album which debuted at number 1 on the iTunes Pop Album Chart and number 6 on the Billboard Top 200 in October 2016.
Albert Stanaj is no stranger to early success in his career either. Starring in Albanian music videos and performing in festivals across the US and Europe as a child, Stanaj began singing in English while in high school.
After growing up in New York City, he moved to California with his brother and finally got noticed. In early 2016 he headed to England to record The Preview EP which showcased four of his songs, including "Romantic" and "Ain't Love Strange.”
Stanaj says some of his major influences include Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake, Maxwell, and Whitney Houston. He also joined JoJo for her tour in 2017, serving as the opening act as he expanded his audience globally.
