Family Orientation

At D'Youville we realize that the pressures of college can be as great for the parents and families as they are for the student. As a parent of a college student, we know you have questions of your own and we encourage you to come and get the answers. Family Orientation Days are the perfect opportunity to do this.

Family Orientation Days are scheduled on the first full day of your child's two-day New Student Orientation session. It's a day-long program designed to introduce you to the college and its resources. Unlike New Student Orientation, Family Orientation is not mandatory but we encourage all parents and families to attend.

Although we suggest that you attend the same session as your student, it is not necessary. You can attend any of the three sessions scheduled for this summer. Need a place to stay while in Buffalo? You'll find a hotel listing on our Where to Stay page.
