Dual Admissions & Joint Programs
Students often choose to attend a two-year college first, with the intention of transferring after receiving an associate's degree. Many go on to get their bachelor's, master's and doctorate degrees.
When students are admitted simultaneously to a two-year college and a four-year college, they are more likely to successfully complete both degrees. These arrangements have different names ( 2 + 2 articulations, joint programs, and dual admissions ) but are similar in purpose. At D’Youville, we call our agreements dual admissions . These agreements can conclude with a bachelor's degree or can include a master's degree.
Dual admissions advantages include:
- Guaranteed acceptance to D’Youville College
- Cost effective degree completion plan
