Applicants who do not fulfill admission requirements may be admitted provisionally. Applicants whose native language is not English must submit a minimum TOEFL score of 550.

Graduate tuition for 2009-2010 is $715 per credit hour. Tuition for doctoral students is $775 per credit hour. Canadian students are offered a 20% tuition reduction and may also apply for the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP).
