Application Instructions

  1. Complete the Online Application
    Please complete the online application. All required fields (*) must be completed for the application to be electronically submitted. The non-refundable $25 application fee is waived for online applicants.
  2. Submit Additional Materials
    » Request an official transcript from all colleges, universities, and graduate schools previously attended.
    » Please submit a professional resume and at least one letter of recommendation.
    » Canadian students applying to the Teacher Certification Program or a master's degree program in » Education must also submit a high school transcript.
    » Nursing program candidates must submit a copy of their license.
  3. Health Requirements Compliance
    New York State requires proof of immunization for measles, mumps and rubella for everyone born after 1956. Please have your physician complete the health form and return it to the Health Center as soon as possible. A completed health form must be submitted prior to registration. For more information, please contact the Health Center.
  4. Canadian Teacher Education Applicants
     Please review the Canadian Teacher Education Certification application requirements.

All documents should be mailed to the Graduate Admissions Office.
