Academic workshops are designed to help you learn the skills you need to achieve your full potential. They're open to all D'Youville College students.

Presented by the Learning Center at D'Youville College. Preregistration is not required.

Stress Reduction for Test Anxiety
Learn to use the technology of your body to do better in school. This workshop will help you to approach tests and homework in a new way. By using simple techniques, we can learn to calm our bodies and mind down and therefore access more information for test-taking.
