The need for pharmacists is expected to grow significantly over the next decade.

A pharmacists’ importance in the continuum of patient care is only increasing, according to studies from the Pharmacy Workforce Center. Pharmacists are not only drug information experts, able to assess potential effects and interactions—they are trusted advisors to patients on everything from preventive care to wellness to diet and more.

D'Youville College's School of Pharmacy ACPE-accredited PharmD program prepares students not only for their doctoral education but also for their eventual role as practitioners with practical, hands-on experience that future pharmacists need.
