All requests for Transcripts must be made to the registrar's office in person or in writing. To protect our students, the registrar's office recommends that official transcripts bearing the college seal be mailed directly to the agency or institution requiring them. If a student needs an official transcript to complete either a college or employee application, the transcript will be issued on a sealed envelope and "issued to student" will be stamped on the transcript. Once the envelope is opened, the transcript is no longer considered official.
Unofficial student copies of transcripts are available on STACI (Student and Course Information online) for the personal use of current students.
Current transcript fees are $5.00 for each transcript. A transcript or any information concerning a student's record will not be released if there is any outstanding indebtedness to the college.
Transcript requests are processed in the order they are received. During times of particularly high-volume activity such as periods of registration, grade reporting or commencement, transcripts may not be processed immediately.
