Choosing Health Services
D’Youville's Health Services and Health Services Administration programs prepare students for responsible positions within the health care industry.
Undergrads are given two program options as a health services major: a Health Science option with direct admission to the master of science in Physical Therapy program; and a Health Education and Operations option that prepares you to be an administrator in hospitals, HMOs, long-term care, home care and community health facilities.
Graduate students in health services administration are given a solid knowledge of management practice, including the interactions between administration, economics, medicine, and politics. This program also provides you with practical and rewarding experiences in a variety of health care settings.
