My passion is event management and fashion. I am hoping to bring these two passions together as an event planner in the industry.
I'm from Bucharest, Romania. Since this is my first time in the U.S., the whole "American experience" is exciting to me. Studying at D'Youville has proven both interesting and rewarding. Both the education I am getting at DYC and the people I meet make this experience a unique one.
My passion is event management. I already have a bachelor's degree in tourism and hospitality management. Studying international business will help complete my education and broaden my horizons. I have also always been passionate about the fashion industry. I am hoping that one day I will be able to bring these two passions together and organize fashion shows.
I am president of the International Student Club. I got to meet new exciting people from different parts of the world and interact with them on different levels. Being part of the club is a way of improving myself through the community service programs and activities. It is also a great way of improving my organizational, leadership and communication skills.
