  • Background: Eight years of human resources management experience in retail and financial services settings. Fulltime faculty member at D’Youville College since 1999. Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certified.
  • Courses: Human Resources Management, Communication in Organizations, Organizational Behavior, Adult Learning and Development, Labor Relations
  • Research Interests: For-profit post-secondary education; revenue and expense structures in post-secondary education; accreditation issues; student demographics in post-secondary education; the “marketization” of higher education

  • Research Interests: Foreign Direct Investment; technological change and innovation; Joint ventures and collaborations in high-technology industries; economic and industrial development; political economy; international trade, finance, and marketing; small business management; international strategic management. Multi-cultural HRM management.
