With the ADVANCE program I'll graduate more quickly than I would in a traditional program.
I am the filing clerk for the Neurology clinic at Buffalo General Hospital. I am responsible for transporting patient charts, filing documents and sometimes assisting with translations for Spanish speaking patients. I chose to study business management because my current and previous jobs have always been in the business field. It is something I am familiar with and good at.
The classes here are not overwhelming in size and it makes it easier to learn because of this. I attended D'Youville in 2002 and really enjoyed my experience. The staff is very helpful and is there to help us with anything we need assistance with. So far being a D'Youville student has been a personal experience. It's like being part of a family. The cohort structure of the ADVANCE program makes it easy to connect with my fellow classmates.
My classes are going great! I like the seminar style of teaching. This style makes it easier to learn and absorb the information. This is important because the classes are so fast-paced. With the ADVANCE program, I'll graduate more quickly than I would in a traditional program.
