ADVANCE Program

Tuition Information

Tuition and fees are paid at the beginning of each Advance program term. The application fee is paid at the time of application. Tuition and fees include:

  • Program application fee — $25, non-refundable, paid at the time of application (waived for online applicants)
  • Challenge examinations — $40 per credit hour for each written examination and recording fee
  • Enrollment deposit — $100 Non-refundable. The enrollment deposit reserves a place in a particular cohort. Enrollment deposits are accepted until a cohort size of 22 has been reached. The deposit is deducted from the total amount due in the first term.
  • Tuition fee — $600 per credit hour for the Advance undergraduate program
  • General fee — $100 per term
  • Student Association fee — $55 per term
  • Books and materials — $435 per term (approximate)
  • Change of cohort fee — $100
  • Graduation fee — $80 paid at the beginning of the term the student will graduate

Financing Your Education

Tuition Cost: $600 per credit hour

Financial Aid Process:

  1. Apply for your federal PIN number. This may be done at www.pin.ed.gov.
  2. Log onto www.fafsa.ed.gov to complete the FAFSA.

  3. Attend our financial aid workshop. Please contact the ADVANCE & MBA Admissions Office for the schedule and to reserve a space.
  4. Notify the ADVANCE & MBA Admissions Office once you have submitted your FAFSA, electronic master promissory note at www.studentloans.gov and Stafford entrance counseling at www.mappingyourfuture.org. Do not forget to print your confirmation pages.
  5. Login to your Financial Aid account to accept your awards when you receive your award letter!
  6. Provide the ADVANCE & MBA Admissions Office with a copy of your driver’s license by fax, email, or bring it to the our office as soon as possible.
