The DYC Portal provides students with quick access to campus announcements, resources, DYC email, the College’s web apps, and more.

Accessing the Self-Service web app through the DYC Portal allows students to register for classes, view course schedules, and see grades. In addition, students can view information on textbooks for classes, unofficial transcripts, financial aid awards, loan status/history, tuition bill, and financial deadlines.

ACADEMIC INFORMATION (Available Through Self-Service)

  • Register for classes (during online registration periods)

Upon first visiting the Portal, you must enter in your DYC email username and password, by clicking on the error message in the ‘Unread Messages’ section.

faculty / staff

The DYC Portal provides faculty and staff with quick access to campus announcements, resources, DYC email, the College’s web apps, and more information, as defined by their position at the College. In addition, staff and faculty, as required for their position, can view information on budgets, projects, purchase requisitions, requests for payment, and other financial information.

Accessing Self-Service through the DYC Portal allows staff and faculty to view information tailored to their position – class rosters, course schedules, student grades, and advisee information are immediately accessible, as needed.
